Dear Volunteer,

It's the time of year we are all looking at our summer schedules and trying to figure out how much fun we can jam into such a short amount of time. I know because that is want we are up to also! So I thought I should let you know this year's Horse Trial dates so we could get on those calendars if you would like to be a volunteer. If you would like to join us, mark down August 6^th, 2010 for all of the dressage jobs, August 7^th, 2010 for all of the cross country jobs, and stadium will be on August 8^th, 2010 . Mark down August 1^rd, 2010 for the volunteers' party, course tour (to locate where your fences are), and jump judging film. The fence judging film is very important, even our veteran jump judges need to see it to refresh their memories. The rules in our sport are constantly changing and we want to make sure you are clear on the new ones! We are once again expecting a large turnout so we are going to need as many and probably more volunteers.

If you can participate this year it would be a tremendous help if you could fill out the following email form with your phone # and send it in. Also, if you have any people you feel may be interested in volunteering, please enter their name and phone # down as well.

The Horse Trials was a tremendous success last year and we are planning to make it even better in 2010. We hope you can join us, it should be exciting!
